Registration Process

1. Orientation

We offer an online orientation for interested applicants, providing essential information about working in Japan, job requirements, and how to start your application—conveniently accessible from anywhere.

3. Medical Exam

A medical examination is required upon initial admission to ensure applicants meet the health standards for employment in Japan. This step helps confirm your readiness for work and overseas placement.

2. Preliminary Interview 

Our preliminary interview is one of the step in the application process, allowing us to get to know you better and assess your readiness for job opportunities in Japan.

4. Qualifying Exam

The qualifying exam is conducted online to evaluate your skills and readiness for job placement in Japan. It ensures that all applicants meet the necessary qualifications for employment opportunities abroad.

7. Start of Japanese Language Training 

Japanese Language Qualification Training begins after passing the initial screening steps. This program equips applicants with essential language skills needed for work and daily life in Japan.

Japanese Language Class Duration

During this period, students learn basic to intermediate Japanese, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The training also covers essential vocabulary, grammar, and workplace communication, helping applicants prepare for life and work in Japan. Consistent attendance and practice are key to achieving fluency and passing required language exams such as the JLPT or NAT-Test.

Japanese Language Level

Represents intermediate proficiency in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). It indicates the ability to understand and use every day Japanese in practical situations, including reading and listening to moderately complex materials.

N4

Japanese Language Level

Reflects basic proficiency in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). It shows the ability to understand simple conversations and texts, making it suitable for daily communication and entry-level language use.

N5

Japanese Language Level

the most basic level in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). It indicates the ability to understand simple phrases, greetings, and basic vocabulary commonly used in everyday situations.

Application Process

1. Line up for Selection (Employer's Job Interview)

The stage where qualified applicants are scheduled for interviews with Japanese employers. This process allows candidates to be directly assessed for job placement opportunities based on their skills and readiness.

3. Skills Training (Duration Depends on the Company)

Provided to enhance job-specific abilities required by the employer. The duration varies depending on the company and the nature of the job, ensuring applicants are fully prepared for their roles in Japan.

5. Final Medical (If the Medical Expired)

Required if the previous medical examination has expired. It ensures the applicant remains in good health and meets the medical standards necessary for travel and employment in Japan.

7. OEC and Ticketing

OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) and ticketing are the final steps before deployment. The OEC serves as proof of legal employment and is required for departure, while ticketing arranges your flight to Japan, marking the start of your overseas journey.

2. Selected Pre-Final Medical (Documentation for COE Process)

Conducted for applicants who pass the employer interview. It ensures medical fitness before proceeding with the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) documentation required for working in Japan.

4. Certificate of Eligibility (COE) 

An essential immigration document issued by the Japanese government. It confirms that an applicant meets the requirements for a specific visa and is a key step in securing legal employment in Japan.

6. VISA and PDOS Processing

Visa and PDOS (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar) processing involves securing the appropriate work visa and completing a mandatory orientation. This step prepares applicants for life and employment in Japan, covering legal rights, responsibilities, and cultural expectations.

8. Deployment

The final stage of the recruitment process where selected applicants officially travel to Japan to begin their employment. It marks the successful completion of all requirements and the start of their career abroad.
